CELIA is a higher education school that specialises in (intensive) training for foreign students. Our goal is twofold : to teach you how to master the French language, and to prepare you to do well in your higher studies in France.

Freed of such administrative constraints, you can devote yourself entirely to your studies in excellent conditions.
